This Gurdwara is located in the city of Dehradun on Raipur Road in 2.5 acres land area in Uttranchal state. Katha and Kirtan were started at this place by Sant Baba Ishar Singh Jee. The building for the Gurdwara was constructed under the patronage of Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee in 1973. Baba Ishar Singh Jee gave mukti (setting the soul free) to a ghost here. A person who constructed a beautiful house for his living died prematurely but his mind kept possessed in the house at the time of his death. This man then turned into a ghost and came to live in this house. Gurdwara was constructed after demolishing this big palatial house. Pooranmashi is celebrated at this place. In the evening, Bhog of Sri Sampat Akhand Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee is performed followed by Katha & Kirtan. The Sangat of the city is improving their lives by attending the Katha & Kirtan performed in the morning and evening every day. Administration of Amrit is done on first Sunday after Pooranmashi.

Free dispensary is functioning at the premises of Gurdwara where qualified doctor is available as per posted schedule. The services and medicines are available to all free of costs.
