This Gurdwara is situated in the capital city of India in Rajinder Nagar on Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Road in a land area of about 1.5 acres. The land for the Gurdwara was taken over from Government of India in the name of Nanaksar Satsang Sabha (Regd.) Delhi under the blessed patronage of Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee. Nanaksar Satsang Sabha (Regd.) is the designated in charge of all the other local Sabhas of all other 8 Gurdwaras. The Sangat of Delhi had requested Sant Baba Ishar Singh Jee to build a Nanaksar Asthan in Delhi which was fulfilled by Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee. Katha & Kirtan in the temporary structure was initiated at this place in the year 1968. The permanent building of Gurdwara was constructed under the patronage of Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee in the year 1976. Pooranmashi is celebrated at this Gurdwara in the evening. The Sangat reaches from everywhere to attend the Bhog of Sri Sampat Akhand Paths of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee.

An annual function is celebrated each year on March 4. The Bhog of Sri Sampat Akhand Paths of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee is completed in three turns. At the end of the third turn on the evening of March 4, the Katha & Kirtan is done for whole night. The renowned Ragiis from all over feel blessed to attend the celebrations. Administration of Amrit is done on first Sunday after the Pooranmashi and after the Annual function. Amrit is also administered to anyone who request to partake Amrit on any day of the year. It is done so that the life of the person should improve.

The marble work done and the Golden Dome add to the beauty of the place. Lot of Sangat attends both morning and evening services.

Free dispensary is functioning inside the premises of Gurdwara where qualified doctors for the treatment of patients under allopathy, homeopathy and ayurvedy therapies are available as per posted schedule. The latest equipments for acupressure are also available for treatments of patients free of cost. These services are free for all and sundry.
