This Gurdwara is located in Village Samadh Bhai of District Moga in Punjab. The total area of the Gurdwara is 24 acres. One can reach this Gurdwara from Moga, Bathinda and Kotkapura. Samadh Bhai is almost 25 km from Moga and Kotkapura and about 40 km from Bathinda. This Gurdwara was established by Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee in the year 1964. Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee came to Samadh Bhai as per the instructions of Sant Baba Ishar Singh Jee after Baba Ishar Singh Jee went to heavenly abode in 1963. At the request of the Sangat of Samadh Bhai, the process of establishment of Nanaksar in Samadh Bhai was started by Sant Baba Ishar Singh Jee which was completed by Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee. Katha and Kirtan is carried out at this place both in the early morning and evening hours daily as per the Maryada of Nanaksar. Similarly the Akhand Path of Sri Sukhmani Sahib is carried out without any break. Each month, the day of Sangrand is celebrated at this Gurdwara over and above the daily routine of morning and evening prayers at about 10 am. The Sangat from far and near take the holy bath in the Sarovar and then attend the Sri Sampat Akhand Paths of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee and Kirtan and Katha by renowned Ragiis.

Tuk-Tuk Wale Sri Sampat Akhand Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee is performed to mark the ceremony of offering of palanquin carrying the body of Sant Baba Ishar Singh Jee to the flowing water of river Satluj at a place Harike. The Bhogs are carried out in the evening followed by all-night long Katha and Kirtan in which renowned Ragiis from different parts of India feel blessed to attend sings the praises of Baba Jee and Sri Guru Nanak Dev Jee. The Sangat from all over the globe comes to participate and obtain blessings of Almighty God.

Administration of Amrit is carried out at this place each month on Sangrand and also after the Barsi ceremony of Baba Ishar Singh Jee every year. The devotees who partake Amrit are directed to lead their life in the light of Gurbani. Golden dome of this Gurdwara can be seen from long distance and this adds to the beauty of this place.

Our training center is located at this Gurdwara in which all the newcomers get enrolled and imparted the necessary training of recitation of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Jee, Kirtan (singing of holy hymns), Katha (preaching of Sikhism by narrating stories related to the lives of Sikh Gurus and famous Sant in light of Gurbani), playing of Harmonium (key board) and Tabla (drums) and various other musical instruments.

Free dispensary is functioning at the premises of Gurdwara where the qualified allopathic, ayurvedic and homeopathic doctors are available as per posted schedule for free consultation and medicine are distributed free of cost to all.

In addition to above, link road, power station and telephone exchange was also brought in this village by the blessing of Sant Baba Gurdev Singh Jee.
